"Klabang pipitan" Teak: Said to cause various diseases, most probabbly due to some characteristics of it’s bark.
"Tundung" Teak: Teak wood that was found lying below other pieces in a cross.
Believed to curse the owner in a manner that he will become critic of others and will gossip.
"Sadang" Teak: Teak wood named from a tree, that has been struck by lightning and or, has fallen over a river, canyon, road or alike due to old age.
Believed to bring bad feelings to the owner.
"Sundang" Teak: Teak wood from a Teak tree that has broken in half and wich the top part has broken off.
Believed to affect the owner and bring bad luck.
"Sondo" Teak: Teak wood, from a Teak tree that has, during it’s fall when brought down, has collapsed on a near-by standing tree.
Belief is: that in addition to causing a disaster to the owner it also diminished his or her dignity.
"Sarah" Teak: Teak wood, from a Teak tree which collapsed and then floated in the river.
Believed to cause vexation and disappointments to the owner. It is also said to bring travels and adventures to it’s owner.
"Sujen" Teak: Teak wood, from a teak Tree which has perforated holes, while still alive.
Was strictly avoided has it is said to harm the owner in many ways.
"Wutak" Teak: Teak wood from a Teak tree that has splits.
Said to give the owner a split personality.
"Prabatang" Teak: Teak wood from a Teak Tree that was brought down either by wind or floods.
This "Prebatang" teak is said to lower the social rank of it’s owner.
"Gombang" Teak: Teak wood that either, has submerged in water or covered up with stones.
Believed to bring misfortune to it’s owner.

Believed to affect it’s owner with vices of gambling, drinking, fornicating, theft.
"Gosong" Teak: Teak wood from a Teak tree that has burned until becoming black.
If used in building, it is believed that the owner should have a proficient well ready to use next to it because of it’s flamability.
"Gronggang" Teak: Teak wood from a Teak tree that is found lodged in the lower branches of the tree.
It is believed to hinder the good will and intentions of it’s owner.
"Seram" Teak: Teak wood from a Teak tree that has been affected by parasites.
Believed to bring disease and / or brain diseases that cause forgetfullness.
